TD541S485H-S是为RS-485总线网络设计的一款隔离型半双工增强型收发器,且完全符合TIA/EIA-485A标准。逻辑侧支持3.3V和5V逻辑电平的 转换,总线接收器采用1/8单元负载设计,其总线负载能力高达256个节点单元,满足多节点设计设计需求。总线传输速率高达10Mbps。 TD541S485H-S更在传统IC基础上重点加强A、B引脚可靠性设计,其中包括驱动器过流保护,增强型ESD设计等,其A、B端口ESD承受能力 高达15KV(HumanBodyModel)
